At Eyes Plus, we go the extra mile before you come in. At the time you call to set your appointment, our helpful staff will ask for your insurance information. Then, a day or two before your appointment, they will call to check your vision coverage eligibility. If, by chance, you are not covered for the exam, we will let you know and allow you the choice of coming in regardless or rescheduling your exam until you are eligible for exam coverage.

When you choose Eyes Plus to be the source of your eye care service, we do this as an added service to you.
