- Reviewing patient health forms
- Patient documentation/charting for medical records
- Pre-testing & Diagnostic Imaging/Screenings
- Supporting Clinical workflow
- Contact lens training
- Patient education
- Team coordination & communication
- Overseeing clinical supplies
- Patient check-in
- Insurance eligibility verification & claims
- Patient recalls & scheduling
- Glasses & contact lens ordering
- Boutique sales
- Eyewear dispensing
- Minor eyewear repairs
