OPTICIAN ASSISTANT
(Part-time/Full-time)

Schedule: Flexible hours (15–30 hrs/week) & available Saturdays
  • Flexible Monday-Wednesday & Friday-Saturday (some Thursdays).
  • Comprehensive paid training is provided
  • Training period is anywhere from 4-6+ months (dependent on the employee's eagerness, skills & experience)

Your Role

  • Patient check-in/out
  • Boutique sales & customer service
  • Reviewing patient health forms
  • Patient recalls & scheduling
  • Patient communications
  • Glasses & contact lens ordering
  • Product receiving & dispensing
  • Eyewear repairs & adjustments​
  • Team coordination & communication
  • Patient education
  • Patient documentation/charting for medical records
  • Supporting Clinical workflow with patient pre-testing & triage
