Eyes Plus Joins VSP to Provide Eye Care Relief to Those Affected by the Wildfires in Hawaii

Our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by the wildfires. We are here to help!

If you or anyone you know have been impacted by the wildfires on Maui and have lost or broken your eyewear or need eye care, please read below:
VSP Members: You may use your benefits to receive eye care and replacement eyewear, even if you are not currently eligible! As a member, you will need to FIRST call VSP at 800-877-7195 to enter a claim and obtain an authorization number, which will reinstate benefits. For assistance and services to utilize those benefits, Dr. Makini and our staff would be honored and happy to serve you!

Not a VSP member? First, contact your local American Red Cross chapter or shelter where they have VSP Eyes of Hope gift certificates that will cover an eye exam and prescription glasses! You may bring your certificate to our office, where Dr. Makini and our staff would be honored and happy to serve you!
Please help us spread the news of hope and care. If you or anyone you know have been affected by the fires, please let them know they may receive vision care during this time (there are those who have lost or have broken their eyewear/contacts and need visual care).
